In this session, David will describe how an IBM BPM infrastructure can be designed and built to meet some of the more common non-functional requirements for performance, scalability and resilience.

David is an Infrastructure Architect within the IBM Software Services for WebSphere team, focusing upon IBM's Smarter Process portfolio, including business process management, business rules, complex event processing and business activity monitoring. With IBM since 1992, David brings a wide range of experience with IBM's portfolio as he delivers sophisticated IT solutions to his clients, including a number of the UK's leading financial services organisations.
