Abstract:
The Royal Bank of Scotland Group was founded in 1727 and is the largest banking group in Scotland. RBS is in the processes of rolling out a large number of WebSphere Portal and Lotus Web Content Management projects.
In this session we will present the unique approaches taken by RBS to ensure successful projects including the use of operating models to clearly define the responsibilities of the business and technical owners including a unified method of managing the development and deployment cycles of Portal and LWCM artifacts.
We will demonstrate how RBS are using LWCM and Portal to produce a slick authoring and user experience to bring the value of rapid communication in an fast paced and changing industry.
