Abstract:
This talk will discuss the concept of a Service Gateway and look at the different patterns available within WebSphere ESB 7.0. It will discuss common scenarios and suggested implementation options using the new Pattern Explorer within WebSphere Integration Developer. The talk will focus on the new capabilities added within WebSphere ESB 7.0 but also provide a brief introduction to the capabilities provided in WebSphere ESB V6.2.

Callum Jackson is a Software Engineer on the WebSphere ESB team at the IBM\nHursley Software Lab in the UK. He has worked on the WebSphere ESB team\nsince 2005, and before that he worked in Software Services on SOA\napplications for the telecommunications industry.
