Alan Stevens:

Alan Stevens (IBM Senior Software Engineer, Hursley Lab)\n\nAlan is a Senior Software Engineer who joined IBM in 1988, has worked on Java performance since 1997 and is currently leading the WebSphere RealTime performance team. Alan regularly provides customer briefings and conference presentations for events such as JavaOne and has worked with many WebSphere customers' projects and proofs-of-concept. Alan brings many years of analytical experience to improving performance and solving determinism issues.
