Abstract:
Business Activity Monitoring of Events Originating from Non-IBM Sources\n\nThe advent of BPM has brought with it advanced monitoring capabilites to give the business user real-time insight into their processes, through a simple web interface.\n\nHowever, why limit this real-time insight to just processes?\n\nThe latest release of WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit incorporates simple functionality such that any node of a flow can emit events to be consumed in the same way.\n\nIn this presentation, we demonstrate how to monitor events in an existing WebSphere Message Broker flow, such that they can be displayed by WebSphere Business Monitor.
