Abstract:
This presentation will share experiences of some of the common challenges faced by Portal integration and development projects and how the approach and method has changed to mitigate these risks. The approach presented is a general iterative approach which addresses technical novelty, external dependencies and change or development of requirements. The session is suitable for program and project managers and senior technical resources (responsible for project or stream level deliverables), no specific methodology background is assumed.
